How things work:

• Due to differences in monitors the colours may vary.
   

• I try to capture the truest colour in the pictures posted and may include various settings to help show the colours
  (indoors vs. outdoors, etc.) 
   

• Larger paintings include an authenticity card with the title, size, media, and year created. Mainly 12" and up.
   

• Most paintings include my name or initials on the front and/or back with the title written on the back. 
  ​

• Larger paintings (18"+) have wire backed hanger and medium have a sawtooth hanger.
  - 8" paintings and smaller often do not include hanging hardware.
   

• I use acrylic paint and they are not varnished unless indicated in the listing. If they have gold leaf the gold leafing part is sealed.
   

• Paper paintings are done on 110lb archival watercolour paper. Unless otherwise noted. Leave out of direct sunlight for longevity of painting. 

• Paintings are often packaged tightly in their box so you may need to gently tear away a side to carefully remove.
   

• Please do not cut open as it may damage the painting.
   

• NEW! (August 2025)
  Paper paintings are often sent without tracking and within an envelope unless they are framed.

• Website is in Canadian dollars. 
   

• Items are final sale and no exchanges.

• Free Canadian shipping on orders $400+
  (Subject to change at any time).
   

• NEW for USA! (August 2025)
  Shipping is currently paused to the USA due to introduction of extra tariffs on items. If and when this changes I will be able to once again ship to the USA.
  - October - purchases open on a case by case as I work out the process on my end. Currently tariff charges will need to be paid post-purchase via PayPal link prior to shipping. 
  - will need to message me prior to purchase. 
   

• Shipping prices are based on order price and have slightly increased. You will see current pricing when you choose your standard shipping option at checkout. 
   

• Currently shipping within most of Canada (if you're in another country please reach out and I'll see what I can do).

• I ship, or prepare orders for drop off, usually within 1 week. Let me know if you need it delayed or quicker.*  
   

• Most paintings are shipped standard with Canada Post.
   

• Painting orders $65+ will often include a tracking number. May not include insurance or signature. 
   

• Original paintings over $400 are exclusively wrapped and include insurance, signature, and tracking. 
   

• Buyers are responsible for any customs, tariffs, or import taxes, or additional costs at pick-up that may apply. 
   

• If package is returned because it wasn't picked up at post office during the time period or you provided the wrong shipping address than you are responsible for additional shipping costs. A PayPal invoice will be sent and once paid the package will be reshipped.
   

• I do not confirm shipping addresses prior to sending and once shipped I cannot stop it. Please double check your address and let me know if you need to update it right away.
   

Local Pick-Up:
 

• Local PEI pickup is available at check out. Please wait for my shop's email prior to picking up. 
   

• Pick up is at Blank Canvas,125 Great George St, in Confederation Court Mall, downtown Charlottetown during their store hours. Please check their social media or call ahead to confirm they are open when there is inclement weather. 
   

• Please retrieve your items within 1 week. If you need more time please email me and let me know as soon as possible and I can drop off items later. 
   

• *NEW*  Items will be considered abandoned and not refunded if you do not pick-up within 3 weeks. A reminder email will be sent prior to declaring items abandoned. Please email if you require additional time as soon as possible.  
  
  *May vary due to circumstances outside of my control: illness, long weekends, postal office closures, etc. Will communicate if it will take me more than a week to ship package. 

• This includes: cards, magnets, stickers, books, unframed paintings on paper $40 or less. 
   

• Sent via letter mail and do not include tracking*
   

• I am not able to replace lost/stolen items, but I can add tracking to your items for an additional cost**

  ** Additional tracking costs would need to be sent via E-transfer prior to shipping and would be confirmed prior to payment. Approximately $15 to $20.
